General
- The Fivebbc.com administrator has the authority to approve accounts.
- When you use the services provided by FiveBBC.com, you are agreeing to the following terms.
- By registering or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and comprehended these terms of service in their entirety.
- FiveBBC cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred by users who have not read and understood these terms of service.
- By signing up, you agree to receive our promotion letters. To unsubscribe, click the "Unsubscribe" button or open a ticket on our website.
- By signing up, you agree to the terms and conditions listed above.
Orders Execution Policy
- We do not accept the promotion of pornographic, hateful, gambling websites/social media accounts on FiveBBC.
- Before placing an order, make sure that your Profile / Channel / Page has open to public access for all users from all countries.
- Orders are final, once the order is in the [In Progress] status we are unable to cancel it and you will need to contact us using tickets to request cancellation of the order in the "Pending" status.
- You will receive a unique Order ID for each order you place.
- If you encounter a problem with an order, indicate the Order ID in the ticket box to easily track the order.
- We Only guarantee the followers/likes/views that we deliver. We don't provide a guarantee for the total existing followers/likes/views count. Eg: If the start count is 0 and the ordered amount is 1000, we are fully responsible for that account.
- If the start count is 500, and the order amount is 1000, we only guarantee the 1000 followers/views that we generate, not the total 150
- You may not place an order with a different provider using the same link while your order has yet to be completed. Refunds will not be issued for such orders.
- Changing the name of a profile or channel after placing an order is equate fraudulently and will void your order's warranty. After placing an order, if you delete your page/account, change the username, or switch it to private, we will not refund you the amount you ordered.
- Do not use more than one service at once for the same link (on this or any other panel). If you want to use more than one service for the same link, please wait for the first order to reach the [Complete], [Cancel], or [Partial] status, or no cancellation will be made and both orders will be marked as [Complete]. In that case, we won't be able to give you an accurate count for followers, likes, views, etc. We will not issue refunds for the orders mentioned above.
- In case your order has dropped, please wait until we refill, cancel or partial it before placing a new one.
- The system will detect the start count when you submit an order and mark it as Complete after the requested quantity has been fulfilled.
- After placing an order, if you delete your page/account, change the username or make it private, we will not refund you the amount you ordered.
- If your page already had more than 100k+ subscribers / likes / views before you placed an order with us, the protection against replenishment does not apply, since it is impossible to understand from which provider subscribers / likes / views disappeared.
- There are no refunds for completed orders
- We only guarantee the delivery of subscribers, likes, views, etc. We do not guarantee that there will be any interactions with your content in addition to the services delivered
Payments Policy
- You aren't allowed to open disputes on PayPal. If you encounter any problems with the website, please contact the admin using tickets.
- If you file a dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to cancel your all future orders, ban you from FiveBBC and remove all social media services delivered to you.
- We will not allow fraudulent activity such as stolen credit cards, or unauthorized activity on our website and such accounts will be suspended.
- After topping up the balance, it is non-refundable, you need to use it on the panel. Return is possible only in exceptional cases and only with the consent of the administration.
- We never give guarantees on the speed and timing of services. All numbers stated in the description are only statistical in nature. When you receive information about the timing, you will learn only our approximate estimate of the time.
Privacy Policy
- We keep your privacy safe and do not publish or sell your information to any other companies.
- To fulfill your orders, we only need data such as email and username, but in order to make it convenient to contact you in case of a problem with your order, we strongly recommend that you fill out all the contact information fields during registration.
