Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At FiveBBC, we strive to deliver every order fully and on time. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are granted, what is not covered, and how to request a refund.
By placing an order on FiveBBC, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. For general terms of service, please see our Terms of Service.
2. When Refunds Are Granted
Refunds are provided only in the following cases:
- We are unable to deliver the service as specified
- The service was not delivered within the maximum delivery time stated on the service page
- You receive significantly less than the ordered quantity — a partial refund for the undelivered portion will be issued
In all eligible cases, refunds are credited back to your FiveBBC account balance or, upon request, returned via the original payment method where technically feasible.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are NOT provided for:
- Orders placed on incorrect links or profiles due to user error
- Natural drop in followers, likes, or views after the refill/guarantee period expires
- Account suspension, restriction, or deletion by the social media platform
- Change of mind after order processing has started
- Services explicitly marked as "No Refund" on the service page
- Orders affected by changes in social media platform algorithms or policies outside our control
- Duplicate orders placed by the user in error
4. Refill / Retention Guarantee
Premium services may include automatic refill protection for a specified period (e.g., 30 or 60 days). If engagement drops within this period, we will refill the lost quantity at no additional charge.
Refill conditions:
- Only applies to services with "Refill" or "Guarantee" in the name
- Must be requested within the refill period via a support ticket
- Does not apply if the original post or profile was deleted or made private
- Does not apply if the account was banned or suspended by the platform
Refill is not a cash refund — it is a re-delivery of the original service quantity at no charge.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if processing has not yet started. Once an order status changes from "Pending" to "In Progress" or "Processing", it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, open a support ticket immediately after placing the order. We will attempt to cancel if the order has not entered the delivery queue.
6. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request:
- Open a support ticket at app.fivebbc.com/tickets
- Include your order ID and a clear description of the issue
- Attach relevant screenshots or evidence where applicable
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of FiveBBC. We aim to review refund requests within 3–5 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting FiveBBC support is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate account suspension and permanent ban.
